This girl was born in 2003, there are scores of famous non-white female pop stars within her life span. About the only genre that has a majority of white female performers would be country music.

I don’t think she said this to be deliberately divisive or hateful to America. I think she’s a just thoughtless, emotion-driven, immature 18-year-old trying to be cool and “woke”. Ignorance is bliss and she’s probably feeling blissful about what she thinks is an inspirational message to her fans.
