Any idea what that means?
At the time it was posted, most speculation said that it referred to various comm satellites and/or supercomputers. There were also posts about SNOW WHITE. (Check them out for yourselves. Maybe someone else will have some insights into this.)
Today, it sounds very much like a reference to Covid. I.e. Coronavirus.
Perhaps the white hats have some sort of anti-wu-flu, anti- lockdown, anti-vac, op going.
Perhaps WE are the white hats. :-) Perhaps the op is our resistance to the lying fascist control freaks.
