Go watch the full clip of her video. I did. The full video is even worse than the excerpt.
It is a carefully scripted propaganda piece intended to discredit civilian opponents and justify using military force against them. The "ranting woman" in the background is a stock caricature used to make Bronson look reasonable when she sneers at the "good ole boys".
Sgt Bronson is not "explaining" anything. Her voice tones and body language clearly indicate glee at the prospect of shooting civilians who do not obey her orders. Her own words say they she will do exactly that. And I believe her.
She is definitely threatening Americans.
