Childhood vaccines have no liability for manufacturer. There is a government fund or was that paid damages but it was nearly impossible to prove damage to win.

IIRC, under the vaccine immunity act that set up the vaccine injury fund, the company secures it’s protection by disclosing everything. If they fail to disclose a potential adverse reaction, they can be held liable for that.
Additionally, since they have basically colluded to ensure that the Faux Vax is the only choice/only way forward etc., that is a felony violation of the anti-trust laws (and homicide in my opinion). Commission of a felony also lifts the immunity.
It is my understanding that the vaccine injury fund is a government fund not pharmaceutical funded. Working with handicapped children as an RN for years never met one who won anything despite issues with their children happening immediately after the multi dose vaccines. Guess the pharmaceutical company had better lawyers.
