For what it's worth, I logged into my account after turning off my computer - maybe my logon was captured. If I start posting anti-cat gifs, or pro vax, or porn, it aint me! Here's a thread in the forum.

Fair warning:

Do NOT update passwords until advised by FR admins that the site is back to normal.

After seeing the raft of posts, I believe that the server was either mirrored or hijacked.

I just now recalled that about an hour or so ago my screen header said 'sign in'. I hit refresh a couple of times and didn't pay any attention to it.

I now believe that those who signed in exposed their accounts.

I also had to log in after this started.

If my account post strange things and I get banned please everyone beg for me to be allowed back on.

I don’t think a regular log on will have been a problem.

The poster in that thread said something about seeing a prompt to log in without having logged off that went away and I believe the problem was gone after that.
