***Daughter-in-Law Covid Vax Update***

Part 1

So, after taking all you peoples' advice, I passed it on to my little Tay-Tay lookin' DIL. What did she do? She put in her resignation papers.

I wanted her to fight, but check this (I completely understand and co-signed);

I told you all she is doing that In Vitro thing, right? Well, that's a very tender procedure and lasts for months. This is her third try.

She said that going in to work every day fighting the man would have caused undue stress, which could affect her efforts to conceive (still pending).

I couldn't argue with that, so approved her move (not that she needed my approval).

Part 2:

They caved. They completely caved. The sent out a memo to CERTAIN departments in her BLOOD BANK. The vax is no longer required.

This 'change of policy' is confirmed completely as being due to her pending resignation. She is that vital to their organization.

Victory. For now.

They only changed the mandatory vax policy for a few departments, and left some employees hanging, still vax required. I expect those other employees to raise holy hell when they find out vax for some and not for all. These people are a cluster fk.

Prediction:

If Newsome is NOT recalled (vote fraud), I expect him to go hog wild on mandates. It will be revenge for the people having the audacity to try to recall him over the covid.

He already goes hog wild now, and he's under the threat of recall. If he stays, Katy bar the door. It'll be on like donkey kong.

My DIL (and son) will revisit this issue then, for sure.

I don’t know the long story on my job yet - they pushed out the online questionnaire, reminding us that it’s a federal form and that lying would be a violation of 18 USC ss 1001, which is basically a felony for lying on a federal form.

So I just deleted the email. I have a paper copy of the form for further use with a legal advisor if needed.

I am 62 - I can retire if I want, though these last few years at work have been very good to me, and I would prefer to work a couple more years. The jab won’t happen to me.

According to a reliable source, the woman that cleans our building, some 70% of the employees at our place of employment are NOT jabbed, and have no intention of getting jabbed. Seems about 50/50 among the people I talk with directly, though many that have had the jab are against it being mandatory.

The big question here is whether the employer can afford to lose so many at once. The jab is not mandatory (yet) but we are required to wear a mask whenever on company property, indoors or out if we don’t take the jab. Which is ridiculous, and obviously punitive in nature. Then again, if the guy next to me isn’t wearing a mask, I ain’t either. Let them come after me.
