Thank you.

Regarding natural quecetin, dark grapes have a lot, in the skin. This is my method for making grape juice, I hope to get DH to go to the Upick grape guy this fall. Concord grapes. I used to use a steam juicer but this is faster, easier and saves all the skin.

Get grapes, wash well, pick through, take off stems.

Pack in hot quart jars, pour light hot syrup to cover, put in water bath canner for 15 minutes.

When using, open up, pour into blender with a little extra water, pulse blend, strain out seeds, and incredible thick juice, which I dilute. I’ve given to people visiting and they say it’s the best grape juice they’ve ever had.

Coons got all our grapes last year. And the frost got them this year. 😞

I make homemade blueberry wine without clarifiers, preservatives, or anything but berries, sugar, purified water, and a touch of yeast since blueberries are too slow to start on their own without it. I just bottled 5 gallons last week. Is blueberry wine good for anything besides lowering cholesterol?
