And to fight back, resist, build community to help each other.

We simply cannot, must not, accept their offer.
All evil begins with the offer to accept or reject evil’s terms. Once we accept the Faustian Bargain, we lose.

It is imperative to build community locally with like minded souls to support, encourage and defend one another.

Expanding on my previous post...

The q threads (thank you ransomnote) have become a FR community. They have become a micro-FR of sorts. Many, disgruntled by the leftist and rino troll invasion of the main forum have come here, where like minded Patriots seek truth. Evidenced...has anyone noticed the number of posts on the q threads that are lists of current news? It is as though the q threads have a sort of breaking/front page side bar postings.

Here, we defend against the glowies who attempt to infiltrate our community.

It is time and past time to build community in real life.

FR used to have meet ups, “freeps”, protests, range days, pic-a-nics (h/t Yogi) and such. No more though. The only gatherings I’ve seen organized in the last few years have originated in these q threads.

Further, I believe that more research is done in these threads than beyond the trees...what the whole of FR used to be and do. Even on FR we are infiltrated and divided, so we’ve sought the q threads for the community we seek.

But this is not enough.

We must get out from behind our keyboards, out of our homes, out of our comfort zones and also build real life, face to face communities.

I remember, before Hurricane Wilma hit South Florida, a number of the local happy hour patrons were upset that our local watering hole raised the prices. We decided to have happy hour at our homes, rotating who would host, who would bring what snackies and everyone brought their own preferred beverage. At the end of the night, everyone ploughed in to clean up after the event to leave the host home as clean as it was before we arrived. We did this every few weeks and really got to know each other better and even learned of burdens some were going through and with our hands, our backs, our wallets and our hearts helped each other along. Then the hurricane came. THREE weeks without power. No gas, no stores, no work. Complete city wide darkness. For the first time, without light pollution, we could actually see the stars. We all came together as one very quickly. Ice chests, BBQ grills, propane tanks, refrigerators, camp stoves and food from many freezers all converged on one house we determined to be the home base. Nobody was left to walk home at night without an armed escort. We survived well

...because we had already built community.

Today, we are all friends and laugh about that time.

This is what is needed now in my town, your town and across the nation. Like minded souls in community.

But we must refuse the Faustian Bargains being foisted upon us. This is how we fight, this is how we survive, this is how we thrive.

They want us divided.
Look again at FR...too much division. It is intentional.
