Haven’t watched anything but HS sports in many, many moons.
Not the least bit interested.
(This from a sports fan that WORSHIPPED my formerly-beloved NY Giants.)

Sorry, but I believe the Phillies are the hottest team right now. 8 wins in a row in the month of August.

The Yankees are in third place in the American League East, six games behind the first-place Tampa Bay Rays
they need to get a whole lot hotter
To: conservative98
Compare the NYY record and payroll with Tampa Bay. It's pretty damn incredible what the Rays do year after year with no money. That should be the story in MLB right now.

China’s hottest team, anyway.
I wouldn’t tune in to see these flag kneelers for anything. They can try to and fail to explain exactly how our US constitution represents racism first. Then apologize. Then we’ll consider it

How many WS Titles and Hall of Famers do they have compared with the Yankees? Asking for a friend.

Yep!! That is me at work today, after staying up to watch the Yankees win last night!!
For some reason, Brett Gardner is my favorite player EVER (savage that he is!), and I would love for him to get another World Series ring before he retires.

Bowling is still good. That’s what we’re watching. And that’s coming from a Giants fan who listened to the games on the radio with his dad and fondly remembers Marty Glickman saying wherever you are whatever you’re doing pull your car over, open your window at home and yell Go Giants. That’s over. Now it’s oil patterns ball speed and rotation.

Good to know. They were so bad I stopped watching them. They would go a whole game with only a few hits and if they were lucky enough to have a lead near the end of a game their closers would blow it.

Brett Gardner is my favorite player ...
I believe he's the oldest Yankee on the field and the last remaining one from the 2009 WS championship team.
I like him for at least two reasons - great defensive player; still willing to play small ball.
My favorite player EVER - Willie Mays. Would love to see Giants / Yanks WS and 90 y/o Willie through out the first ball.
