Shoot - my family’s history with blood clots and strokes is so bad, that I won’t even take Ibuprofen. I also take nothing but generic drugs - so long term impact is well known.

Look up nattokinase, gotu kola, and pycnogenol. Careful with them, they are all clot-busters/blood thinners. So maybe not good if strokes as in "blow-outs" of cerebral blood vessels, maybe better if mini-clots. Apparently nattokinase actually busts up fibrinogen in induced clots in animals.

nattokinase-I had read some on that before, when I was researching vitamin K2. I had no interest in eating it. A supplement might be of interest. I’ll look up the other 2-thanks.
