Prince Andrew Sued By Epstein Accuser Over Alleged Sexual Abuse
In a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Virginia Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, said that about two decades ago, Queen Elizabeth’s second son sexually assaulted and battered her.
“I am holding Prince Andrew accountable for what he did to me,” she said in a statement.
“The powerful and rich are not exempt from being held responsible for their actions. I hope that other victims will see that it is possible not to live in silence and fear, but to reclaim one’s life by speaking out and demanding justice.
“I did not come to this decision lightly,” she added. “As a mother and a wife, my family comes first—and I know that this action will subject me to further attacks by Prince Andrew and his surrogates—but I knew if I did not pursue this action, I would be letting them and victims everywhere down.”
She alleged that Epstein and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell repeatedly abused her sexually and trafficked her to various men, including Andrew. The Duke of York in a 2019 BBC interview claimed that he had “no recollection” of ever meeting Giuffre, despite photographic evidence, and denied all allegations against him.
“I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened,” he said at the time.
“I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady, none whatsoever.”
In her lawsuit, Giuffre alleges that she was sexually abused by Andrew, 61, on three occasions between 2001 and 2002, including once at Epstein’s New York City mansion, where he forced her “to engage in sex acts against her will.”

This, of course, is not true.
However, it sounds exactly like the rest of the Deep State's modus operandi - they falsely claim President Trump, General Flynn, Lin Wood, Sidney Powell and many others talk about the theft of the 2020 election while insisting there's not a "shred of evidence" to support these "baseless assertions."
Another item from the Deep State playbook is to frame/discredit anyone who supports President Trump. If you every paddled a canoe through the DU swamp before, they enjoy vividly describing the convictions, litigation and charges against Flynn, Trump, etc. and hold it up as proof that conservatives are the party of crime, and President Trump was the 'godfather' figure, directing his minions in lawlessness.
Trump defeated charges against him, but others did not, including Dr. McGreavey. There was a lefty Twitter feed a few months back proudly claiming to list President Trump's extensive list of criminal allies and it included Flynn, Papadopoulos, and others subject to Dem lawfare. It’s what they do.
Dr. McGreavey did not have the resources to fight off charges when he was set up by the FBI. He has posted to Twitter behind a pseudonym @JohnHeretoHelp and later in the depositions posted to Lin Wood’s Youtube channel, stated he was using the pseudonym ‘Ryan Dark White.’

Given that Lin Wood and Lt. General McKinerny would know what information was available about Dr. McGreavey in the public sphere, they would not be supporting his credibility unless he had hard evidence that was worth fighting the public relations battle to discredit him, and them.
This is what the whistleblower Tweeted to begin his fight to reach patriots defending President Trump - it was certainly a bold move:

McGreevey also displayed images of a flash drive which he said contained terabytes of data from classified databases which exposed crimes going all the way to the top.
I believe the only way he was able to continue posting on Twitter for as long as he did is he 'helped' the blackhats understand that the information on the flashdrive and the recorder would be released if they silenced him, because without a public platform he had no chance to help defeat the Deep State and would just have to watch the fate of freedom around the world unfold.
If he had not Tweeted as he did, had not followed through on his promise, had never given depositions to Lin Wood and gone went public with his real name, we would only have Gateway pundit articles to verify his authenticity. Had the information on the recorder and flash drive not been true, Lin Woods/Gen McKinerny would believe his information was important to our Country.
Dr. McGreavey’s actions, putting his life on the line to expose the Deep State, providing audio and digital classified information, and doubling down once again when the FBI recently threatened to harm him if he doesn’t stop talking about Jan 6 validate him.

If the Deep State frames a whistleblower to punish and discredit them from talking later, we don't have to play along. Dr. McGreevey has provided files, audiotapes, and depositions on so many people, throwing him under the bus still won't cleanse the sordid reputation of Mike Pence and others.

It makes for interesting reading because it's a little like a spy novel /documentary describing all the ways they can 'get you seven ways to Sunday,' as well as crimes by Chief Justice Roberts, Biden, Pelosi, Pence and others.

So apparently Gateway Pundit believes defamation attorney LinWood is recklessly distributing Dr. McGreevey's accusations (depositions) against the 'filthy elites' at the top of the Deep State without a ‘shred of evidence,’ and that Wood and McIneney are blindly leading us off the path of justice based on Internet rumor they supported ‘without a shred of evidence’.
It seems Gateway Pundit is concerned we might trust defamation Wood and Lt. General McInerney when we should trust them instead.
Sidenote: If you are new to this whistleblower's content, you may want to read through some posted to FR. This example (below) gives an inside look at how the deep staters all have blackmail on each other, as seen in this example.
You say, “It's important to expose "insiders" who are in fact scam artist fabulists.” It seems you don’t think Lin Wood and Lt. Gen McKinerney are competent/credible/trustworth, and that we must turn to your top flight sources at Gateway Pundit to fact check them.
Dr. McGreavey said that Pelosi, Biden et. al. were going to simply ‘take’ the 2020 election because they knew they couldn’t win, and that the MSM would just play along and report fake vote counts, months before it happened. I’ll go with that kind of information and the qualifications/credibility/access of Lin Wood and Lt. Gen McInerney instead.

The false claim that Q thread participants all share one (exaggerated) opinion is made by disrupters when they want attention. It's likely they knew I took no interest in their latest moanings, so attacking or PINGing others who likely have not offered an opinion, or offered a different opinion is a tactic used to 'stir it up.'
Like a child screaming for attention, they attack hundreds of people with false statements about their opinions with the reasoning, “That will get the adults in the room to pay attention!”
But, as I've been meaning to make a directory of my posts about him over the past 2 years anyway, I don't mind responding here.

Note that a helpful reader pointed out that I failed to mention in Part 1 that Judge Roberts adopted two children, who were not biological siblings, from Wales and Epstein got the children transferred to England because it’s easier to adopt from there. Judge Roberts adopted them because he had to in order to “join the club” and rise in the ranks.

In a few weeks I will begin my 24th year as a law professor at George Mason University. Last year I volunteered to teach in person, even though I’m in my 50s. Teaching law is my job and I owe my students my best. I also knew I could do it safely. During the spring of 2020 I contracted and recovered from Covid-19, which I later confirmed through a positive antibody test. Multiple positive antibody tests have since confirmed that I continue to have a robust level of immune protection.
But now my employer, a state institution, is requiring Covid vaccines. In my case, vaccination is unnecessary and potentially risky. My only other options are to teach remotely or to seek a medical exemption that would require me to wear a mask, remain socially distanced from faculty or students during, say, office hours, and submit to weekly testing.
It would be impossible for me to perform my duties to the best of my ability under such conditions. The administration has threatened those who don’t submit with disciplinary action, including termination of employment. This week the public-interest lawyers at the New Civil Liberties Alliance filed suit on my behalf, challenging the university’s mandatory vaccination requirement for those with naturally acquired immunity. This coercive mandate violates my constitutional right to bodily integrity for no compelling reason. ...

Then the employer can use that as justification to fire the employee.
