I really do not think there is anything in a Q post to chase about this. I think someone did a survey on when people thought they were most productive, averaged the responses and came up with an average time, and reporters are just using it as something to report in between commercials.

The video includes an epic hailstorm in Buenos Aires which seemed to have brought down portions of brick storefront (no image).

Another of their videos a few days ago featured the Greek wild fires hot enough to melt metal.
In that Video, northern Turkey was experiencing epic wildfires, and in Russia, wild fires were described as 'making the sun disappear. (no images)
Other extremes (e.g. Dixie Fire) and then footage of historic drought in AZ. Lake Powell is at 32% and that's a problem for the hydroelectric plant it feeds.
But these guys (The Two Preachers- Youtube) have been showing unbelievable floods all over the world that defy description, with cars bobbing like corks in city street flooding that created a vortex and sucked an entire car down into what looked like the entrance to an underground parking structure.
Some of that footage was so jaw dropping that I posted a specific example and linked to the video. Trolls would show up and jeer and say it only seems like it's happening 'everywhere' because more people have cell phones. Okay, so I found international data showing that flooding 2 years ago was on a dramatic unprecedented rise and then I was called a fear monger who didn't understand science.
I do believe the reasons are Biblical, whether or not the 'weather management systems' the military posted about, but didn't want to discuss (classified) are in play.
Sorry, but I've seen too much footage and read enough reasonable reports from countries trying to cope with repeated 'unprecedented devastation' in the past 3 years to believe, 'situation normal'.
Extremes are the 'new normal' in many ways now.

I've seen footage of instant flooding in deserts, or floods in places I wouldn't have expected, like the flood in Libya last November:
The epic winds and rain in so many of these places, which simply peels roofts from industrial buildings with ease, then lead to mountains collapsing on towns (avalanche, mudslids etc.), and streets collapsing on an epic scale.
Looking over their library of videos, I realize that some of these places are having unprecedented events, year after year (historic fire one year, 'Biblical' floods the next.
They've been making one video per week composed of recent footage since the start of 2019.
Sometimes, it's just unexplained sky phenomena ('sky events'?) like this from October 2019.

I’m not sure there is any there there when it comes to 10:54, Kevin, and the Fox reporter, who happens to be named Kevin. It’s not as if Kevin is an uncommon name.
I think we have to be careful in not making connections that are just not there. Some things are just coincidences. There are a lot of numbers, news reports, studies, and Kevins in this world.
I am as guilty as other people on this thread of throwing things out there that I think are significant connections, especially putting up things about future dates when The Storm might start.
I am now of the opinion that it would make sense for The Storm to start on a date and at a time that is just not all that symbolic (to the occult/cabal or to the good guys) or predicted in posts.
It would be better, I would think, for the Q team to take the black hats by surprise by having things go down at a ho-hum date and time.

The night before last I was praying about the forced vaxes on the military, and then yesterday there was the chaff about a Pentagon meeting about that topic. I just could not imagine our military being forced like that so I figured the Storm has to be very, very close.

No, I think someone did a study in which they surveyed people in different lines of work in different countries and asked them when they felt they were most productive because they were curious to see where the commonalities and differences were.
I’m surprised it took so long to do this type of study. Maybe it didn’t. Maybe these types of surveys have been done periodically.
If I were a Ph.D. in organizational psychology or some such field, I’d be interested in knowing what people’s perceptions are about when they are most productive. It might actually be helpful to me in designing things to make my organization more effective.

The date that the take down of the deep state / cabal starts might not be recognized as the date right away— depending on how dramatic the start is.
