A long time ago, I looked up acronyms for SCARE, but didn’t find anything useful. The closest I came to an applicable meaning was the military and government term for Standard Collection Asset Request Format, also known as SCARF.
Square brackets have often been used by Q as a kill box (termination of job or death of the contents of the box). It doesn’t seem to fit very well here, but that’s been our interpretation in the past.
