I have never heard that word but Lachlan means lake land so what you are saying could mean the same but in a local dialect. I’m no expert for sure.

My father sees a number of different doctors for this, that, and the other thing.
He has not taken the vax. They have all asked him if he got it. Not a one of them went on to tell him he should get it.
That tells me they “know” and that they just asked if he had the vax so they would know whether or not to look for certain problems he may be having because of it.
