There were a group of Spanish researchers who claimed to have found graphene oxide in mRNA vaccines. They used the same electron microscope I have used for our company. They didn’t provide enough proof in their video to confirm its presence.
With this information perhaps they were correct.
That being said the use of nanoparticles is tightly regulated by the FDA, requiring extensive testing for safety.
