This is a very strange description, to be charitable, of what remdesivir does to COVID. Remdesivir masks itself as adenosine (an essential amino acid in RNA), so as to interrupt this Chinese-engineered COVID virus' own near-perfect genetic repair machine.
Kind of like gluing down the “A” key on the amino acid keyboard, and then the virus thinks it's reading a correct "A" and skips repairing it. That failure to repair should force the virus to expire. Trump received remdesivir as well as the Regeneron REGEN-COV monoclonal antibodies, and dexamethasone.
"When the highest binding affinity of GO‐Spike‐ACE2 docking (−9.1 kcal mol−1) was examined in detail, GO showed strong affinity against amino acids of the spike‐RBD via 2 hydrophobic, 12 hydrogen, and 1 charge interaction with ASP427, a total of 15 bonds, and as well as 6 van der Waals forces which all explained the strong interaction with the ACE2 (Figure 3). This GO efficacy, if true, would also directly interfere with the mRNA vaccines.
Occam's says the researchers who crafted it damn well know GO is toxic inside humans, but will probably use the research to pend some patents anyway. That's certainly how it reads to me.
