Got rid of 2 stright back chairs to a neighbor.
Hubby is trying to find someone that can come and get a really nice recliner chair that is too heavy for us to deliver.
Kids are getting ready to fill college dorms, etc...perhaps a sign up at Slaveway offering cheap dorm furniture will get it moving.
No it isn’t easy to get rid of furniture. Do you have any local thrift stores that might take it off your hands? What about a market place website on Facebook?
Here if you cannot get rid of items our local garbage company will take them off you hands and dispose of them at NO extra cost. I think they have some kind of contract with the city in order to keep the city cleaned up.
