About fifteen minutes later, officers responded to a report of a drive-by on an occupied house on the 2600-block of W Marie. One occupant inside the house had a fragment, either part of a bullet or an object struck by a bullet, strike them in the arm; they were treated by medics at the scene. No other occupants were injured. Bullet damage was observed on the house and a parked car. Spent casings and other evidence were recovered from the scene. A dark car was reportedly seen driving away.
