Man Sends Lizard Saliva to 23andMe for DNA Testing, Exposing Total Fraud of Company’s Claims of Human Ancestry

23andMe was co-founded by YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki — YouTube is owned by Google.Seeing as how Google has been trying to get into the pharmaceutical business, is 23andMe an extension of that designed to profile individuals and target them with new drugs?

A man and his wife decided to test the accuracy of 23andMe’s at-home DNA testing kit by sending in a saliva sample collected from their pet lizard. What they found is that the whole thing is a sham.

In the following video, the man explains how after three months of waiting, he received anomalous results suggesting that his pet lizard is 48 percent West Asian and 51 percent Ashkenazi Jewish. 23andMe also sent him a report explaining the lizard’s history and background, including what he supposedly likes to eat.

I decided it was a crock when “23 & Me” had a commercial of a guy who told how he’d been raised KNOWING that he Swiss German, and had always celebrated that by wearing liederhosen on birthdays, etc. But 23 & Me had said he was of Scottish birth. So now he wore a kilt, etc. Hogwash.

There’s an ubiquitous commercial now in the evenings during the game shows of a little turd box telling everyone they should get a colo-farce test, or some such. My beef with this and “23 & Me” as well, is that there’s no proof that the samples submitted are scrupulously traced, and that the report I get isn’t from some Philistine’s sample in East Orange. In THIS day and age; with legal marijuana, etc? Bah! Insanity!

23andMe, Ancestry, Facebook, Instagram, all of them ... figured out how to tap into people's inherent narcissism and get them to turn over the most personal of things to them voluntarily.

I knew my mother, God rest her soul. I have heard any number of stories that I might be the illegitimate child of a wealthy Jewish person in my home state who apparently had a long-running affair with my mom over a period of several years, but I have no interest in finding out if it is true.

I haven’t met her or her brothers in person yet. I’ve corresponded with them and at some point my wife and I will probably go out to California to meet them. I’ll be honest it’s kind of an odd feeling to suddenly find out that you have sibling you didn’t know existed.
