So predictable. Trump appointed a textualist like Scalia and now “conservatives” turn on him when he interprets the constitution as it was written instead of stretching it beyond recognition as liberals have done forever to justify their extra-legal “make it up as we go” programs.

Kavanaugh should have fought for the rightful winner of the election. Now he’s at the mercy of the corrupt FBI. They can produce whatever “evidence” they want to . Fabricated to destroy him.
He's a weakling who thinks the press will change their minds about him if he votes with the left. The fact that there is now more negative press coverage on him means that it's working. Expect even more lefty judgement from him.
