So predictable. Trump appointed a textualist like Scalia and now “conservatives” turn on him when he interprets the constitution as it was written instead of stretching it beyond recognition as liberals have done forever to justify their extra-legal “make it up as we go” programs.

I must admit I have not followed the voting of every Supreme Court case since Kavanaugh was appointed. But there has been a lot of talk on this site, about how Kavanaugh has turned out to be too liberal.
