The top Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday withdrew his five nominees to serve on the special committee probing the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol after Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rejected two of them.
Pelosi had earlier rejected Representatives Jim Jordan and Jim Banks, staunch defenders of former President Donald Trump, from serving on the panel investigating the Trump supporters who assaulted Congress in an attempt to stop it from certifying President Joe Biden's election.
The violence followed a fiery speech in which Trump repeated his false claims that his defeat was the result of widespread fraud and urged his supporters to "fight" the election outcome.

I m not sure the rats 🐀 are scared of anything. They seem to get away with everything they do. As far as I know, only one rat 🐀 bastard, the FISA dude, got a slap on the wrist. Other than that, no one has done hard time. I know they don’t want the truth to come out, but I am not sure they are afraid of it either, because they are confident they will never stand tall in front of the man.
Hmmm..only people remotely associated with Trump have gone to jail.

The language keeps getting more and more ominous leading up to their “hearings”. Again, we had deadly riots all summer long...where were democrat representatives? Cheering and egging it on, telling the rioters their actions weren’t enough and not to stop.

The Republicans best course at this point may be:
Do not socialize with Democrats. If possible, shun them.
Do not cooperate in any way with Democrats
Oppose Democrats on every issue
I expect Liz Cheney to volunteer to serve anyway so Pelosi can claim it’s “bipartisan.”
Is turncoat Cheney on the committee?
