Absolutely, we need our LEGITIMATE commander-in-chief back in the White House yesterday. We cannot afford to wait any longer for the fraudulent 2020 election to be overturned!!

The way the Biden administration is going, it doesn’t take a prophet to see the country as we know it will no longer exist in 2024. But that is the plan.
I invite anyone to show where in the constitution there is a means to decertify the electors already sent as mandated by the constitution to D.C. On 1/6 who were then certified by Congress.
The constitution is clear the “people” do not elect potus the states send electors and they vote in the US capital for potus that has happened and been certified by none less than Pence himself. There is no do overs there will be no reelection. The only way to remove the current potus is via impeachment or the 25th that’s it period. Why people keep posting this nonsense is beyond those with even a freshmen college level grasp of civics education. Not even the Supreme Court could change the already certified electors. Congress could act to impeach on grounds of proven fraud but then we go down the list as set out by the 25th third in line is the speaker of the House of representatives and her election is not up for fraud so she is the legit third in line parish the thought of a sanfrannan potus. Under no realistic constitutional means does the Don get in before winning in 2024 should he even run again. Again please cite the article and lines of the US constitution for a do over election I’ll wait with baited breath.

Unfortunately it appears several in the GOP are domestic enemies. Look at their votes.
It’s all hypothetical, but given that the Constitution is silent on this issue, the possibility exists that state statutory law can provide means to remedy clear evidence of electoral fraud. If the states have power to determine who electors are and how chosen, (they do), then they have the implied power to safeguard and police that process.

Far too many republicans have been complicit in not lifting a finger to defend our country. They seem fine with just going along with the destruction of our nation and only looking out for their self interests.
BTW, I meant to use the word DAMAGE but DANGER describes my feelings even better. The horror show in our White House must be stopped asap . . .
The constitution is silent on the matter of fraud, but clearly the founding fathers intended elections to be honest. Thus, tgis issue of fraud does need to be addressed, and quickly. The founders never intended the criminals to be in charge, no matter how clever and how massive the theft.
The States had until Jan 6th to fix any issue the constitution is clear once the electors are certified on that day by Congress the election is over. They can go back and audit till the cows come home but there is zero constitutional means to change the certified vote. Rather than taking selfies the 1/6 people should have used force to stop the vote that would have triggered a constitutional crisis and possibly changed the outcome. As of today the states can say they wish to change the electors all they please. Congress will tell them that’s great the vote happened as required at the date and time specified in the Supreme law of the land and we do not , will not, and cannot recognise any change to your electors. That is exactly what the constitution requires them to do. The only way to remove a certified and inaugurated potus is via impeachment or the 25th anything else is tinfoil level loony toons it’s not happening because the constitution is clear on the process there is no do overs. The check and balance is impeachment that’s it and San Fran nann is next in line as again laid out by our rule of law. The problem is our founders set up a government for honest men they didn’t ever count on the system itself being defrauded. Short of a shooting civil war the Don is not getting in office before Jan 2025 and only with 270+ certified EC slate from the various states. The good guys need to make sure the system is fixed to never allow it again and try to take both houses in the midterms so impeachment can happen and the new third inline is not San Fran but the new majority holder of the House of representatives pick that’s the only way to undo Nov 2020.
“Decertifying” electors at this point and expecting to change the results of the 2020 election is like ordering two baseball teams to replay a World Series game from the 1990s.
But time is of the essence and it has to be done prior to Jan 6 of 2021. 2025 is another story.
