I guess this means you do agree that there was a NOTAM activating W-105 that evening.
Only the people who suspect that this was a targeted Clinton shootdown think this was done on purpose. I am not among them. It was an accident. The Navy had lots of assets in the area. A few miles one way or the other is meaningless.

Having shot missiles over a career, over land and water, a mile or two is very much important and if your shot went outside the area, hell to pay.
