Trump dropped a bomb during his CPAC speech.
According to Trump, the US Attorney in Pennsylvania was told by Bill Barr not to investigate fraud.

Billy Barr would be best off keeping a very low profile for now, at least till the next Election Cycle.
Even Jeb! might be slow to extend invitations for lunch at the Bush Family compound.
“President Donald Trump in his ongoing speech at CPAC, just said at 5:55pm EST that he received a letter from the U.S. Attorney in Philadelphia that former Attorney General Bill Barr prevented the investigation of election fraud post Nov 3rd and prior to the inauguration of Joe Biden.
Trump then looked over at Devin Nunes in the audience and said “Devin, you don’t even know about this yet.”

The swamp is deep.
So, President Trump, this begs the question, why, knowing Barr’s past, and his associations, did you choose him for your AG?
He picks Swamp creatures for cabinet and administration positions, and then acts surprised when they circumvent his desires and goals.
Barr himself turned out to be a loathsome fraud. And I really liked the guy once.
His paradoxical choices were real head scratchers.
I love Trump, but who in God’s name advised him on some of his administration picks?
I think he’s learned (at least I hope) that he can’t trust members of the swamp!
Baffling that Trump would say this. It does him no good.
I can only offer a guess as to why. He was a Washington outsider and had no in-side political advisor he could trust. A more conservative AG nominee might not have been approved by the Senate (I have forgotten what the Senate make-up was around the mid-term). I clearly remember Sidney Powell warning us on Faux News that Barr was a Bushie and could not be trusted.
Shortly before he died Rush was exposing Barr.
I’ve always said Barr was a useless sack of s**t.
I blame Trump on the backstabbers on his team
But, when he gets a second tern, I fully expect him not to make the same mistake.

Just incredible how much President Trump was able to accomplish in spite of being surrounded by backstabbers.
Baffling that you think POTUS Trump would say what he thinks makes him look good rather than to expose truths.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
I think Trump missed some opportunities, but mostly he was limited in who could be confirmed, and who his advisors told him to pick. It is next to impossible to accomplish a lot when most of DC is working against you, or sitting by watching without helping.
