Uh-huh. And they can’t find a venture capitalist to invest 10 million in the invention of the millennium? Maybe they could go on Shark Tank.

The most promising approach.

Interesting but very skeptical.
Hydrogen fusion generates neutrons.
Neutrons activate surrounding elements.
Neutrons don’t transfer much thermal energy.
Other methods use very rare elements.
Goal posts stuck at 50 years.

I have a magazine from 25 years ago that described aneutronic fusion as a wonderful concept for the future.
Let’s hope it’s here.

The device evidently exists. They really should let a neutral party test it, and then report the findings. Unless, of course, these folks are planning a stock swindle. Then no neutral party testing, please.

I have a novel way to build bridges that avoids union labor, please send $5 million to get this project off the ground and revolutionize infrastructure repair!

I seem to have missed the “Will be ready for production in ONLY 5 years!” part.
I *HOPE* it’s true, but let’s be honest, if it IS? Someone will buy this up, and store it next to the ark of the covenant. What would this world be without the battles over fuel for power generation? Or where a simple technology existed that would allow Tehran to have all the power they needed, while at the same time, removing the need for them to build their own reactors. (wink, wink).
So, in short, hope it’s real, not holding my breath.

What’s the stock symbol? I’m going all in on this one.

I'm very skeptical. They have solved one of the mysteries of the universe that would change the course of human history but can't figure out where to get 10 million bucks to begin production?
I checked out the webpage. The original post contains almost their entire website. It's just a few pages and a contact page. Not even a single phone number.

Lithium deuteride was the fusion fuel of choice in early versions of the hydrogen bomb. When bombarded by neutrons, both
6Li and
7Li produce tritium — this reaction, which was not fully understood when hydrogen bombs were first tested, was responsible for the runaway yield of the Castle Bravo nuclear test. Tritium fuses with deuterium in a fusion reaction that is relatively easy to achieve. Although details remain secret, lithium-6 deuteride apparently still plays a role in modern nuclear weapons as a fusion material.

I will believe this when GE or Westinghouse (or whoever owns them these days) jumps in to rule the world’s energy market.
