MADISON - Republican lawmakers aren't the only ones examining Wisconsin's presidential election.
A New London man has been making copies of ballots in some communities as he conducts his own review of an election Joe Biden narrowly won.
"Our intention is to have true and honest elections. You hear all kinds of rumors and we want to dispel some of those if they're not true," Peter Bernegger said when asked about his endeavor.
Bernegger declined to say what his plans are but said he would announce them in the coming weeks. Recounts in Dane and Milwaukee counties and more than a half dozen lawsuits upheld Biden's victory.
Bernegger's push to inspect ballots comes as Republican lawmakers ramp up their own review of the election. They have hired former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and former law enforcement officers at taxpayer expense to conduct their review as they decide whether to pass more election-related legislation.

Dane County Clerk Scott McDonell said last year's election was run properly but he worries efforts like Bernegger's undermine faith in it.
"One of the difficult things about conspiracy theories is they basically can't be disproved and all they do is cause doubt and distrust."
Bernegger sued Door County Clerk Jill Lau in May for copies of election documents. A judge has yet to rule.
He has made copies of ballots in at least two Dane County communities, Verona and Westport. He indicated he was collecting ballots in other counties but declined to say which ones.

Go for it. Find some evidence and show legislation. I think it was bannon war room they were saying that Wisconsin could be the easiest state to flip. I don’t understand how.
Why should he have to sue to see public documents which should be readily made available on demand, by anyone, under controlled circumstances to protect the documents from damage only.
Agreed! Do it! Citizens should undertake this work, all across the nation.
“One of the difficult things about conspiracy theories is they basically can’t be disproved//
Utter bald faced crap.
( with weasel word “ basically” added )
The big steal is what the commies call a conspiracy
The “ big steal conspiracy” IS being proven
In Arizona
In Georgia
And soon
In Wisconsin
Michigan
Pennsylvania
Nevada
Even California has proven
1.2 million votes more that voters.

Ballot test counts have, in almost all cases, upheld the final count. I don’t think Arizona is going to have much in the way of missing or miscounted ballots, although it would be great for us if that was found.
The problem is ballot harveting, which can be shown by signature verification, canvassing and examining ballots for evidence of bulk marking. Everything else is a red herring and a distraction to shift focus from where the true problem is.
Correction
The “ big steal”
IS being proven
The big steal
“conspiracy”
IS being disproven
Peter Bernegger ...better watch his six.
Hi.
As of December 12th 2020, Pennsylvania had 212,000 more votes than voters enrolled. PA Secretary of state website.
Philadelphia had 118% voter turnout. As usual for a general election.
Don’t know what the website says now.

Peter Bernegger was convicted of mail and bank fraud in 2009 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. Since then, he has filed a number of lawsuits against individuals involved in his criminal case, alleging that they engaged in various forms of misconduct.

Does he really think he'll get a different response..? It's not called the "Department Of Just-Us" for nothing... :(
There is at least lost individual on the thread. Not a clue does he have... Or he be gov plant.
The government plants are the Kraken pushers, who disappoint time and time again with their either deliberate or imaginary fake news, which discourages those who are looking to turn this country back on track. They use the liberal tactic of attacking personnally those who dare question the assertions and promises that never seem to be realized.
I followed hopefully all the Venuzula, German server raids, Kraken coming out “soon,” Arizona results coming out last week, and Lindell’s “Atomin Bomb” coming out... next month.
Add to that the Horowitz report, Durham report, and I’ve forgotten who the other guy is report. Tick tock.
Gee - Do you see a pattern here?
I am a strong Trump supporter, but we’ve been fed misinformation and false promises time and time again.
I, and others, simply say put up or shut up.
It’s a deflection designed to not find enough fraud to overturn the 2020 election. It needs to be a full forensic audit. I personally think it is a Republican scam to be honest. The goal is to say, see we found no fraud, or no substantial fraud at any rate.
On the other hand, looking into the Pieces Of Rotting Federal Judicial Mitt "ruling" on his case(s) finds Raping Bill and Clownbammy partisan Swamp scum like Randolph D. Moss.
"Mail fraud" is a catch-all for the Feds, like "aggravated jay-walking" and "felonious littering".
California had 22,047,448 registered voters on October 19, 2020.
A total of 17,500,881 votes were cast in the 2020 election in California.
Does anyone else see the problem with you math there? Beside the fact that you cannot compose a coherent sentence, why should we trust such faulty math?
The state of Wisconsin has a category of voter called “indefinitely confined” (IC) that was instituted to accommodate the elderly in nursing homes. It is the only category of voter registration that does not require photo ID and can be done online. “Covid” was expressly disallowed as a reason to register as “IC”, but THOUSANDS did so anyway (many multiples of such registrations in a “normal” year) and many of those registrations are considered to be suspect. Bannon has always believed that an investigation into these registrations would turn up enough illegitimate votes to decertify Wisconsin’s results.
Arizona results were not stated coming out last week.
They’ve been stated as coming out in August in a report to the AZ Senate.
