I’m curious as well. Certainly SAM as a prefix is a bit more interesting than the “NA” callsign.
BTW, as fake potus/vpotus callsigns go, when using SAM, I’ve seen various numbers used besides 46.

I’d been looking at mil aircraft today and I saw SAM as a more recent designation for a class of aircraft - SAM (Special Air Missions)
Now they will claim that the Crown cannot be sued for damages because the warnings were on the labels and patients accepted the risks.

We called it the 'windy road' cause, on the way out of town, there is an intersection where, turn left and head to Vandenberg, Santa Maria, and the hookup to the freeway. Go straight and its Harris grade, a short-cut to the freeway north.
Us kids would be all like 'Windy road! Windy road!', like the obnoxious brats what we were.
We'd hit the stop light and hold our breath. If left, 'Awwwww...'. If straight, 'YAY! Dad is great! Give us the chocolate cake!'.

Well, in a perfect world, yes.
But that the fact is that complete vaccination is required in Canada to cross international borders, get on a commercial passenger flight, attend university , and employers are allowed to stipulate that employees be vaccinated, and schools in Nova Scotia can vaccinate children without parental consent.
Yet you do have the right to refuse.That’ll work if you are a hermit.
Canada is a draconian socialist nation, in complete retrograde of freedom.
