I blame the Tour for allowing people to be so close. This sort of stuff happens in road rally’s too. A car goes off a corner and mows down 20 people, some of whom often die.
There is zero barrier between the bikers and the crowd. That’s stupid. And it’s not her fault. And yeah, what she did was stupid too, but she is the only one being charged.

She was clearly the victim of an attractive nuisance. She should be compensated for any injuries she received.
That “peloton” was a bomb waiting to go off. Not her fault.

She had no motive other than to hold her sign up. This was an accident urine sample. Should she be responsible? Probably. But so should the organizers for letting the fans get that close. She should not beear the whole responsibility. It is obvious she had no criminal intent.
