And speaking of election fraud, in Georgia, despite the RINO Governor and SoS working with the demo-fascists to steal the election Georgia State Senator Brando Beach was interviewed and this was the interview exchange:

Senator Brandon Beach: “I think it’s going to be so overwhelming in Fulton, I think it’s going to be anywhere from 17 to 34 thousand ballots it’s going to tell the story… Then I think we can ask for our 16 electoral college votes back and park em here…”

John Fredericks: “So you have the authority to just basically decertify your 16 electoral votes? Don’t give them to Trump, just park them here?”

Senator Brandon Beach: “Bring em back and park em in Georgia, and then if Arizona would do that, and if a couple of other states did that and it got below 270, then the 12th Amendment would kick in and Congress would have to act.”

Depending on Congress though is a waste of time IMO especially since the Senators from Ga. and Az. won their seats on Nov. 3, 2020 via election fraud.

*****

I don’t think that’s true.

If it were, every president would always have that hanging over their heads, that if enough states decertified to drop you below 270 and the House has to act.

Being just barely over 270, or at 270 would essentially give every state impeachment authority.

What it will do is create a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS:

“In political science, a constitutional crisis is a problem or conflict in the function of a government that the political constitution or other fundamental governing law is perceived to be unable to resolve.” - Wikipedia

Uncharted, choppy, muddy waters.

Yep - they need to claw back the Senate too. Betcha they Pubbies actually won that one too.

Could be the Pubbies won more seats in the Senate and the House. Claw them all back. So disgusted with this mess.

A reminder: The House would choose the President with the vote being taken by states. The Senate would choose the VP.

There is no way that the House would pick Slo-Joe. The Dems just don't control enough state delegations. Even if the Senate chose Kamala, with Trump in the White House, her only job would be to preside over the Senate as there is no way Trump would trust here with anything of significance.

AZ 11 EV, and GA 16 EV

That’s 27.

306 - 269 = 37 to boot hidenbiden

Need a state with 10 or more EV; MI, WI, or PA would do...
