Whatever. Maybe some of you Einsteins can tell me the chemical difference between apple cider vinegar and balsamic vinegar. I can handle apple juice, apple cider, and regular vinegar. Pickle juice is good, Balsamic vinegar is fantastic.

Just like sugar is sugar, acetic acid is acetic acid.

(Apple cider vinegar MIGHT be good for cleaning the toilet)

I can not tell you the exact chemical makeup, but Balsamic Vinegar has more carbs. To make a substitute in recipes:
1 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar + 1/2 tsp. Sugar.

I have mixed ACV and honey into various teas. Makes a nice hot drink to sip.

ACV is always a live culture. It is very beneficial to your health. I use it mostly to wash my hair.

Well, you never know... I use white vinegar to clean the on-demand water heater, and as a soak to get the corrosion off the hurricane screen bolts when I change ‘em out each season...

...I have to avoid breathing that stench through my nose, but it works!

If I use ACV for health reasons I get the Bragg’s ACV with the “mother”.
