SLIDE regarding the smallpox vaccine scar
Our scars are nothing compared to the ones out parents carried. I remember on both my mother and my father, the scar was perfectly round, slightly indented, and about 2/3 the diameter of a dime.
That’s true. Mine has faded over the last 50+ years but it’s still there. The real scars were on those that had smallpox.
