Great! I’m in Athens, as In The Battle of Athens, so I’m between Chattanooga and Knoxville. Athens is extremely rural and conservative but close enough to two big cities if you need them.
T.C. I grew up in the country on the edge of a Suburb in Illinois. Right now? Ffancy suburb which I admit has good benefits, good shopping close to hospitals and health care.
I would happy with more rural, a place where I could see the town lights one way, but turn the other direction and pass the “Welcome To” sign as I start to accelerate along the blacktop into the night.
(I have a brother is about 45 min NW of Nashville just inside the Kentucky line.)
