I don’t see anything in here that we have not already heard the past few months. In fact, the talking points are very recognizable, it’s exactly what we’ve been hearing.

It looks to me like this report is intended to lay the basis for further funding, research and study. I think that will be the main MSM narrative, “We have to get find out what is going on!”

Look for some kind of task force to be formed. Maybe a UAP Czar would be good. We still do Czars, right?

Biden might come out with some Clint Eastwood stylized sound bite about how he is going to get to the bottom if it. I suggest a sunny, slightly windy day on the tarmac of some Air Force base, wearing a leather jacket and the aviator sunglasses for the video clip. A pilot scarf may be too much.

Some people will get rich over the deal, that’s always a part of the plan. As far as what ever else kind of narrative they will attempt to build with it, that remains to be seen.

My best guess is still the, “We must unite as one world to respond to the threat” theme.

That's an accurate statement. But seeing it (not just hearing rumors of it) on official ODNI stationery is a big deal.

A big admission of failure.

This is about what I expected; not a report but a LIGHT summary of whatever classified report they gave to Congress.

There are no details whatsoever. They share their conclusions/suppositions/deductions about some of these things being both unexplained and unlikely ‘sensor glitches.’ But, they don’t give any details about why they’ve reached those conclusions/suspicions.

Ultimately, it would have been fine for them to say, ‘We don’t know.’ But, I think it’s not going to sate anyone -skeptic or believer - if official channels don’t layout any details about these incidents.

More importantly, there is a general sense of atypical unease gripping the country about the competency of institutions, particularly the civic institutions of democratic government. Even traditional/conservative people who have LONG been inclined to give the benefit of the doubt to government agencies of law enforcement, intelligence and defense have grown weary in a troubling, and potentially dangerous way. This kind of steadily increasing malaise, distrust of government simply isn’t healthy nor sustainable.

To the limited extent some genuine transparency on this subject may have helped, this report won’t do anything to ease those concerns.

"My best guess is still the, “We must unite as one world to respond to the threat” theme.

As I said on an earlier thread, the very LAST thing this administration wants to do is lean into the potential 'threat' angle of whatever these things are. It's very tough to say, "Hey, we've got some kind of threat the country/world must unite around to face'....

....and with their very next breath say, "Oh, and please turn in all your semi-automatic weapons while you're at it.'

There's a reason they dumped this at 5:00 on a Friday. That's when Administrations who don't want something to be something dump things. Aliens, Demons, generational tech advances by terrestrial foes does absolutely nothing to help a Dem administration that wants people to believe the biggest threat in the world is Global Warming and no one needs personal defense weapons.

I just read the report of the Reptilian Aliens National Security Intelligence Service (sent from Earth back to the Home World) on Homo Sapien sightings.

Bottom line: “The evidence as to whether Homo Sapiens is a sentient species is inconclusive. This will require further study which will require additional funding.”

On the April 18, 2020 Ancient Aliens episode “Aliens and the Presidents” they summarized old ground (great granddaughter of President Eisenhower remembering when he was whisked away by the military people about flying saucer matters) and brand new Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump segments.

I still wonder why, in my opinion, Trump chose to lie. It must have been to keep from alarming people or to keep them from further ridiculing him (why past ones except Carter chickened out.) Said “some people around think it’s true” or something. Did touching his fingertips together “low steepling” body language but did not touch his lips first (sign of lying-—watch Schumer and Schiff). Tried to act “aw, shucks, I dunno” to end the questions.

Nick Pope (former top security cleared British intelligence man in the 2000s asked Carlson later if he thought Trump was lying or covering up. He wasn’t sure.

At the end, during the off air finishing up minutes, Carlson joked around and said he was “happy to meet you guys in person.”

After this and two books on the topic I believe the government is lying.

If Presidents stated the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth the answer would be:

“If I told you they would have to shoot me—and then you.”

Ladies and gentlemen, your global elites have detected an alien presence and furthermore have determined that these reptilian creatures wish to govern us all with only their own interests in mind.

WE WANT TO WELCOME THESE LIKE-MINDED CREATURES TO OUR WORLD AND PLEDGE OUR FULL CO-OPERATION.

In a nutshell, we will never know as much as we don’t know.

I'm just reading through this now...

"Several former and current DoD officials also told me AATIP had indeed successfully collected much more imagery and data than has been made publicly available thus far. Reportedly, this includes videos of UAP flying in formation for extended periods, images captured at close proximity (by some accounts as close as 50 feet), along with other examples of high-fidelity imagery, possibly even showing objects moving underwater through airborne synthetic aperture radar.”

I read it. It’s a big pile of nothing. I was being facetious about it being written by interns. It was likely written by some Ivy League grad who understood it was their job to obfuscate.

That tells me right there what ever these things are aren’t from this earth.

Hell, Obama told us more about these things than this report did.

THANK YOU -- for actually reading the report and commenting on a specific section of it! That's a welcome relief from the knee-jerk cynicism and negativism that pollutes FR nowadays...

That section -- and this one, are, IMO, the real "takeaways" from this report:

"USG or Industry Developmental Programs" Some UAP observations could be attributable to developments and classified programs by U.S. entities. We were unable to confirm, however, that these systems accounted for any of the UAP reports we collected.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That sounds like a tacit admission that US advanced systems with some of the observed capabilities do, indeed, exist -- but they were (supposedly) not operating in the documented airspace (on the documented date).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Some FReepers, I'm sure, are familiar with the "captured UFO" claims associated with the "S-4" area southwest of the Groom Lake ("Area 51") complex in Nevada. Specifically, sections of the mountains adjacent to Papoose Lake purportedly are large hangar doors -- painted to resemble undisturbed terrain. I've examined the entire Papoose Lake area thoroughy with OHI -- and can detect no areas (including approach roads or pads) that fit the "S-4" claims.

However, at 37.15934, -115.927587 -- atop the mountains to the northwest of Papoose Lake -- at the dead end of a long road -- is an area known as "S-4 High Ridge". The road ends in a cul-de-sac, with what could be a guard shack -- and a pair of ~100' square concrete pads.

Those pads, in that isolated spot (some 13 miles from the "Janet Airlines" ramp at Area 51) are obviously usable only by craft with full VTOL capabilities. (Helicopters fit that description -- but why put two isolated helipads in near-inaccessible mountains?)

Fortunately, the 11-2015 Google Earth overflight may provide a clue: It was made well after sundown...

Note the illuminated rectangle on the left pad. That looks very much like "light spillout" from a brightly-lit hangar -- through an open (normally-camouflaged) hangar door.

Helicopters (even Ospreys) are pretty much "old news"... Even stealth heicopter developments could be kept out of sight in Area 51's hangars.

Could whatever's tested at "S-4 High Ridge" be some of the "USG or Industry Developmental Programs" mentioned in the UAP Report?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BTW, anyone who wants to repeat my observations can put the above lat-long coordinates in the Google Earth "search field" -- and (using the "Time Slider Clock") zoom in on the above overflight images -- and "snoop" for yourself...
And, while you're "in the area" you might as well check out all the "slump craters" from nuke testing under Frenchman Flats, just six mies or so to the west...
Enjoy!
That section I quoted was from the debrief.com article, not from the government report.
