It is amazing what slips out of our mouths when we have inflicted pain upon ourselves.
You might even have made up a few new ones.
“ Experts recommend only staying on highly moderated social media sites and watching approved network news to avoid being infected. They also tell people to watch out for the signs of this dangerous freedom variant in others: masklessness, smiling, and prominent displays of the American flag.”
The Babylon Bee is priceless. Just when I think they can’t get any more hilarious- they do!!
Despite it all, I LOVE my clothes line!
My husband tried to cheer me up, and said
“Think of it as the Final Rinse cycle.”
Lol yes it is. I knew someone would spot that, given the age of the police car?
💞
No, Roy doesn’t appear to be traumatized.
He seems to be enjoying an afternoon snooze.
How much longer are they going to be banging on your roof?
Seems like they should be finishing up.
“ You might even have made up a few new ones.”
We’ll use those in our new language,( used so liberals can’t understand us so they don’t send us to the camps)
Mostly accounting, bus degrees not mail in but not Stanford
Hey...I like that....new uses for bad words 😂😂
Good idea!
Yep, the car and I was a big fan in the day. LOL
That’s great!
Dr Charles Hoffe explaining why blood clots are inevitable with the mRNA Covid vaccines and permanent side effects that he sees in his practice. I’m not sure why the other doctors are there, Hollywood Squares style.
Final Rinse cycle, great idea!
Lol love that claw-sharpening kitty! Perfect for GO time
That sounds like Hitler’s Germany or Stalin’s USSR
Except for social media of course
Roy has been eating well today. Not as much as I would want him to but probably enough to be life-sustaining. Same with cotton except she has more manipulative. She refuses to eat her chicken, holding out for tuna. That’s what I get for feeding them real tuna. Well, from a can.
Yeah we thought it would be a one week job. Apparently it will be another day or two. They work late every night though. It’s been near 90 so I don’t blame them for taking a break in the middle of the day today. I guess they’ll leave when the tarpaper is down. And we’re expecting rain on Monday so not entirely sure what they can get done then.
Having been in the desert until five years ago, I didn’t realize how limiting rain can be. At Least it won’t be over 4 inches!
RE: CLOTHESLINE
The ORIGINAL solar dryer.
They deserve it the best!!
Wow, that is a lot of rain. I am so very sorry to hear about your friend’s shop. I hope they can salvage more than first thought. 22 inches of water is massive.
We had high winds last night (up to 75 mph) many trees down in parts of the valley. I heard that Old Town Scottsdale got hit hard. It rained hard last night and it has been raining all day here. No damage here. Looking at radar we are not done yet.
Glad you didn’t have any damage, that’s some high wind.
I saw a video of evacuations in New River by helicopter.
It has darkened up here and can hear the thunder rolling.
Won’t be long before the rain starts.
