I agree, there is a lot of anger about the border. I’d like to have an Alamo v.2 myself but not sure how that would work out.
I could get behind Senator West, too bad he didn’t run last year. Splitting the vote would be a disaster.

I’ve got a mini apple pie in the freezer that’ll be popped in after I finish with the oven, since I already have it on.
Sounds great! I’m single like you so don’t cook all the time, but it’s nice to have a home cooked meal. I usually make enough so I can freeze a meal for another day.

I always think that way. Good to spend time with my grandson, we don’t see that much of him lately. My son gets hurt because it seems his son doesn’t want to spend much time with him. But he seems to respond to me, so my son is happy about that. Who knows what goes on with 22 year olds.
Well, I burned the potatoes (I was afraid I was cutting the pieces too small) but I’m eating them any way. LOL
Chicken and carrots came out good and I’ll have leftovers of those, so that’s a plus.

I bought some bacon on sale and froze some so haven’t looked. I buy center cut so it’s more expensive as it is, so hate to look.

Pemex is literally a nationalized, state-owned company. Its means of production were seized by the state in 1938. The exact scenario you advocate when you advocate for socialism.

I didn’t see Allen West at Trump’s border visit but, of course, Abbott was there.
The last of the temporary fences at the White House are down. You can now walk up all the way to the permanent fence. First time in several years.
