Every position in the military portion of the US government that has a leadership position that is \mandated\ to be filled by an active duty officer, has gone uninterrupted by the 20JAN2021 change in the Executive Office.

It is the purview of the POTUS to change persons and appoint such positions as he sees fit, yet the DDIA and JCoS remain Trump appointees.

Such changes \by the executive\ touch upon the CiC realm of duties.

Conclusion: Biden IS NOT Commander-in-Chief of the US military.

I’ve noted that as well and it has given me a lot of peace in the last 6 months to see any confirmation of either President Trump or the Military being in charge of the country.

Of particular note is General Charles A. Flynn, brother of General Mike Flynn. The former was promoted to Commander of the US Army Pacific on January 26, 2021, AFTER President Trump had left office. The Flynn family has been outspoken about their unity of support for General Mike Flynn, so it defies reason that a Biden Administration would let ANY Flynn be in a position of influence.

The only logical conclusion for the promotion of General Charles Flynn is that Biden is not in charge and never has been.
