These issues deplete Dong’s credibility, at least until he proves his bona fides. It is a rocky relationship; Dong might provide some good material but supply some misinformation where the CCP considers it important. He would be under the control of expert DIA interrogators. It would be helpful to have a second source (for confirmation) but at his security level that is not very likely.
It sounds like Dong could provide the intelligence to lead to Biden’s impeachment and subsequent prosecution. That would be some real bona fides!

It could be 3-6 months or years no telling howlong it takes to develop various problems due to the vaccine. It's a risk that needs to be monitored.
