I have a feeling that Dong was already known to the DIA. Maybe working for the US for some time. The DIA would know his status.

remember the pictures of a guy with Giuliani, and he was discussing all the pictures on Hunter’s computer? Could he have been Dong?? Maybe he’s been here for a while??
