The article talks about what can be done with NPs, but isn’t clear about what is being done with them in COVID cases.

Shock trials test a ship to see how it holds up in an undersea explosion. This is to test strength of the ship’s hull, making sure it can perform in battle.

Sessions announced that he would recuse during the Senate hearings on his nomination and he promised not to be involved in any Russia Collusion investigations. He was a member or at least a public part of the Trump campaign and could be seen as a potential target of an investigation.
The FBI was doing their fraudulent ‘investigation’ at the time but there was no formal DOJ investigation and no Special Counsel, nor would there ever have been had Sessions not recused.
