I do not hate Mr. Lindell, but I do think he is not facing facts. I watched his documentary on how the election was “stolen.” His data and the interpretation thereof were very specious.

The problem with Mike’s scenario is that if fraud is demonstrated in Arizona and Georgia, and then the legislatures in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania grow gonads, the election then would be illegitimate and Biden and Harris would be pressured to resign. Nancy Pelosi then becomes the President. Patrick “Leaky” Leahy would be the de facto Vice-President as President Pro Tem of the Senate, assuming that the VP slot is not filled, because the GOP at this point would have negative control of the Senate, and would not agree to a new ‘Rat tie-breaker as VP unless the new VP is a current ‘Rat Senator from a state with a GOP governor (such as Sherrod Brown, Jeanne Shaheen or Joh Tester).
If people take to the streets to demand that Trump be installed, by appointment to the vacant VP position under the 25th amendment, and then by Pelosi resigning to let Trump take over, she’s got another thing coming for them, plus the national military is under the firm control of ‘Rat appointees, so protestors will be cut to ribbons. The Supreme Court is powerless.

The Electors were already appointed and they cast their votes. That ship sailed. To suggest otherwise and some mechanism exists to backtrack after the fact is simply not correct.
Resignation or impeachment and conviction would be the only remedies if it were proven fraud occurred on the scale that the election would have been different had it not occurred.
I am NOT a lawyer (THANK GOD!). However as a LEO, I was taught enough of the law to know about “FRAUD”! The last presidential election was a fraud, the elections in georgia were a fraud. The federal government as currently constituted is the result of a “fraud” and is therefore ILLEGITIMATE. Unfortunately those in power will NEVER admit to this!

If the electoral collage was fraudulent, the electors for Biden are decertified, and he loses them period. Separate election could be held, but if the fraud is as massive as believed, then its a coup, and the military assumes control. If Trump truly captured the fraud via space force, and can prove the steal, then the state legislation that controls the election lawfully reassign their electors to Trump, and those that certified it are arrested for treason. Yeah I know nothing in Constitution that says they can do that. Nothing in it that says they can’t do it either.
