If the election was won fraudulently then the state appointed the wrong party for EC votes caste. This also changed all other votes during this election from local measures to federal elections. The Electors were already appointed and they cast their votes. That ship sailed. To suggest otherwise and some mechanism exists to backtrack after the fact is simply not correct.

Resignation or impeachment and conviction would be the only remedies if it were proven fraud occurred on the scale that the election would have been different had it not occurred.

The constitution is the contract. This election many legislators signed into fraudulently. Those that signed into the contract fraudulently don't have a say in this. The law does. Lets say you enter into a contract and you can prove you where taken and the contract was fraudulent. is that contract valid? Do you have to stick with that contract?

Of course not. in countries that has had this happen their supreme court decided the out come. In the US if the Military can prove some members are also under foreign control the military has provisions they are required to take to correct the matter. If the military is under foreign control.
