If Ocean City didn’t want people arrested for vaping on the boardwalk, they shouldn’t have passed a law making it illegal to vape on the boardwalk.

We have some very strange laws in some states.
They’re being conditioned to believe that cops aren’t going to do anything to them cuz they’re black and don’t want to go to prison instead of the perp.

I’ve been in that situation before, including an NPA roadblock near Ilo Ilo, and following Chris Rock’s rules (even before he was born) always kept my skin intact.

Dual problem here.
1. He wasn’t tased for vaping, he was tased for resisting arrest.
2. He wasn’t resisting arrest.
Sounds like one of the cops overreacted to his hand movement.
They appear to target White women, children and the elderly.
I don’t care that this happened.
All those cops ganged up on the boy for vaping. I condemn the city for banning vaping. I condemn the cop for shooting the taser.
The fault here is an unjust law that criminalizes a non-criminal action. By passing arbitrary laws they turn innocent people into criminals, fearful of running afoul of the law and subject to prosecution for normal, ordinary actions.
This is about government taking authority it doesn’t have and a stupid cop who reacts violently if you don’t comply.
