This is BS. The guy was just vaping. It’s this type of incidents that put give police a bad reputation.

I credit vaping with getting me off cigs. And because I could ramp down the nic content over time, I eventually gave up vaping as well.
I agree. Cops think there the kings. I hope all five end up with long jail sentences. Power trip is what this was.
When you enforce the law into the absurd this is the kind of thing that happens. Kid’s probably minding his own business vaping around. Taught to not respect the police or any kind of authority. These police ride by trying to enforce a statute.
It’s an inevitable outcome.
