More correctly, a PSYOP/COMMS team \approved\ by President Trump.
Trump doesn’t work that way...he delegates and assumes the people running the show are competent, according to Trump’s judgement of their character.
That is where he got in trouble with picking politicians.
He thought they were sincere.

Yes though the rolls where similar. Quidam in my opinion could've been Tony Snow and a few others. Tony Snow was a known freeper.
