The definition of malpractice is anything a lawyer determines it is. Also, if after this report from the Cleveland Clinic a practitioner fails to ask a patient (a vaccine is a medical procedure) before a vaccination if they’ve recovered from C19, then they’re at risk. But hey, it’s your license, do what you want.

Why after this study? Since all medical personnel have training in basic biology they should not this need this study. If any suggested a person take an experimental vaccine when they did not need it that us clearly malpractice.

You are incorrect about the definition of malpractice, which is the fundamental problem with wielding threats when you do not know of what you speak.

And as I said, there is no need to vaccinate the recovered.
