And should a practitioner administer an unnecessary medical procedure, one which is known to cause adverse reactions as documented by the FDA, said practitioner is in jeopardy of committing malpractice.

I wonder if those 100 folks that worked for Texas Presbyterian Hospital had had covid, and thus don’t need to get the shots.
They refused to get the shots, and are going to be fired for not taking them.
