Will need a strong Republican candidate in 2022 to replace Burr. Tillis lucked out in 2020 that his opponent had self-destructed. 2022 is a winnable race but not an easy one.

Trump gave the country his all and has personally lost so much. He probably has very mixed feelings about even getting into the fray again.

There’s millions of people who agree with Trump on the issue of the vaccine. But he’s always said it’s up to the individuals to decide. He’s not degraded those who oppose getting it.

I could be wrong but Ted Budd is not strong enough of a personality to win North Carolina. This isn't Oklahoma. He might luck out though because 2022 may be a "wave" year (similar to 2010 and 1994 for Republicans).
Outstanding across the board. To me, the highlights were his border security, economy, and the kicker; his call for REPARATIONS from Communist China and the statement that all countries who have Chinese Debt should refuse to pay anything because of the harm the Communist Chinese caused to the worldwide economy.

I don’t believe they are. They are also making a decision and it’s their own. Responsibility for deciding about the vaccine is not an easy determination.
But President Trump is a strong enough personality to give Ted Budd his momentum.
