Washington D.C. police are offering $10,000 for any information about 42-year-old Maryland resident Kenneth Miles Davis' whereabouts
Police say Davis shot a woman in a road rage incident on May 19 while her two kids were in the car
The driver was struck in the shoulder and a 5-year-old was hit by the shattered glass while the 11-year-old was traumatized
Surveillance footage from the event shows Davis getting out of his car and approaching a gray sedan that he starts shooting
He then turns back and begins to shoot the car behind him, before getting into his Maserati and making a U-turn
Once apprehended, police say, Davis will be charged with assault with a dangerous weapon

FWIW, definitely not a Porsche. I think it’s a late model Lexus LS 500....if not, maybe an Audi S7? Hard to tell as sedans are all starting to look alike from the side nowadays.

This is why angrily honking at folks is ill-advised, and if honked at inappropriately, giving the finger in return is a bad idea. The most I’ll do these days is wave excitedly, as if I’d seen a long-lost friend, if I get honked at inappropriately.
Mmmm, well, I’d hate to ruin my day; now if he busted out my window in his fit of rage, maybe. I’d be defending myself fearing for my life but then, paperwork and all that. I think just letting him see the gun was purposeful enough to stop him.

Premeditation does not take time. You don’t have to form an elaborate plan, you just need to form an intent to kill.
By taking the time to pull his gun out, walk up to the driver, point and shoot, there is more than enough evidence to show premeditation.
This was attempted first degree murder.
He can raise temporary insanity as a defense, but the prosecution need not inquire into his state of mind. Premeditation is obvious from the video.

Blacks would go ape shit over the littlest infraction-accidently stepping on someones foot or accidently bumping into them. I would see it at the mall or gas stations..often.
