In my opinion, there's something 'off' in the writing. It seems like a manipulative set-up, but I don't get out much.

Q team didn't want us to choose what fact was or choose what fiction was. Seems like an opening gambit to bartering half-truths.

Who gave you the Playbooks? past tense "that was Q"

Who helps you answer Questions?  present tense "this is me"

Q never said or intimated that anything Q posted was fiction.
Deliberate misinformation for derps, sometimes, but not fiction.
